At Gem City Gems, we want you to be completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase. If you are not entirely happy, we offer a 30-day return policy for items in their original, unworn condition.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your customer account or visit our returns portal with your order number and email address to start the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely place your jewelry in its original branded box and packaging to ensure it arrives back to us in perfect condition.

• 3.
  Affix the Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email, then attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
